The most challenging thing that I've learnt about in Buddhism is learning about how Buddhists have no soul and they believe in certain things being impermanent. For example, Buddhists believe that their soul is eternal that means it stays the same forever and doesn't change. Buddhists also believe that their soul is impermanent which means that their soul doesn't last forever. Another thing I've found challenging in Buddhism is learning about the four noble truths. I found it hard because I didn't particularly understand what they say. I've enjoyed learning about the parables of the sandcastle and of the water raft, because they have helped me realise how to deal with sharing and being helpful to other people. I've found learning about meditation useful for if I need to clear my mind and focus on the things that really matter, but I won't do it because I'm a Christian. Therefore, I think I have a good understanding of the teachings and concepts of Buddhism.

I think the most challenging thing about Buddhism is that Buddhists don’t have a god to follow they just have enlightenment they have no leader but they still call it a religion. They sort of proved that you don’t need a god in religion but you need someone to discover something. Linking back to the question in conclusion I think Buddhism is quite a hard religion to follow because god never wrote it down in a religious book in a song. Buddhists believe the words of Buddah.

I think the trickiest part of buddism has been the eightfold path because there are lots of different meanings The Most fun bit was the meditation because you get too relax and take your mind to a happy place

The most challenging teaching I have learnt about Buddhism so far Is part of the 3 Marks Of Existence. Putting aside suffering (Dukkah) and Impermanence (Anicca) is the belief that all living things including humans have no self or eternal soul. Unlike Judaism,Christianity and Islam Buddhism does not teach that we have souls, rather Buddha taught that we are conditioned by the world around us.Also because of their belief in reincarnation they do not believe in an afterlife of heaven or hell.Rather when you die you are just born into another life ,whether it is a good or bad life depends on Karma, that is how you behaved in your last life.

The most challenging topic in Buddhism that I have experienced is the concept of anatta where things or people don't have a fixed permanent identity and that they are just labels. So far I have enjoyed learning about the eight fold path and I have found that the eight fold paths are quite helpful for advice for how to live life properly.

I think the hardest thing I have learnt in Buddhism is about annatta and learning to understand that everything in this world is just parts of that object stuck together and with a label. The thing I have enjoyed learning about how we can achieve enlightenment because there are so many different ways and you don't even have to be Buddhist to achieve them, if you want happiness and contentment and you're not a Buddhist them you can achieve it.

The most challenging thing that I have learned about in buddhism so far is Annica and how a name is only a label. This was challenging for me to understand at first because I didn't really understand what a label could be to do with a person, however I have grown to understand the my stomach would be called "Michael's stomach" or my heart to be called "Michael's heart" as my name is just something I can be called to specify who I am or what is mine.

In my opinion I have found the noble eightfold path the most challenging concept of Buddhism. This is because there is a lot to it (There are 8 paths which all mean different things) e.g. Right speech and Right view are different like all of the others.

The most challenging concept or teaching for me in the Buddhism topic so far is about the idea of Anatta, no soul or no self. I found this challenging because I found it hard to get my head round how even though something has a personality it has no soul. I enjoyed learning about the eightfold path because I enjoyed seeing how many rules or guidelines Buddha set down for the people who followed in his footsteps compared to how many other religions follow. As well as being fun to learn about I found the eightfold path quite useful for real life because it sort of sets out the most basic guidelines on how to be just an all round good human being.

So far, the most challenging topic I have learnt is the Anatta since I do not see or think of the Anatta as Buddhists do. It is hard to understand the things or people do not have fixed identities and are just labels since some people see themselves as more than that. The most inter sting thing I have learnt is prince Siddhartha's life of how he was desperate to be free until one day he managed to escape and regretted seeing a corpse, a sick man, the elderly and most importantly, the holy man. Only then he realised the true understanding of life and began living as a Buddhist.

The most challenging concept for me whilst learning about Buddhism is Anicca or impermanence. This is because it is about things changing and having no permanent self but I found it quite difficult understand.

Buddhists believe that all living and no living things are always changing and I find it hard to imagine that. I have enjoyed learning about Buddhism fables like the Sandcastles, I like them because they teach very interesting lessons about Buddhism like how Buddha doesn’t want you to become too attached to things. I have found the Eight Fold Path most useful because I have learnt how Buddhists should behave and act and how we should all behave and act towards others to.

the concept that a found was difficult in buddhism to understand is the noble 8 folds path because their are some many rights that you need to do to achieve to gain liberation.I enjoyed the topic of meditation because it was something that i had never done before and helped me become more aware of the of my surroundings and become more connected to the unvirese.

I think that the hardest thing about Buddhism is the 8th fold path. This is because there are many different meanings such as, Right View, Right Speech. I enjoyed doing the meditation in class because you got to relax and take your mind off things.

Buddhism teaches us how we can overcome suffering by following the eight fold path. The path consists of eight practical rules grouped into three categories. Following these eightfold paths can help us to achieve less suffering in the way that Buddhist do. The hardest thing that I have learnt about Buddhism is the middle way. The reason for this is because lot to it is hard to understand these ways and remember them. I have enjoyed learning about most is eightfold path because we made our own cartoons about each path, and it taught me allot. I have found Annatta, Karma, and Samsara. The reason for this is because it tells me what makes something what it is.

The most difficult thing that I have learnt about in Buddhism so far is learning how Buddhist believe that they have no soul. This is because this made many questions come into my mind like, if they have no soul how do they get into the afterlife? Would Buddhists even believe in the afterlife then? But I found out that Buddhists have a type of soul that is eternal which means that it stays the same forever. I enjoyed learning about the meditation as it can help anyone with problems they are having, also when the class took part in the meditation it felt like all stress went away.

I think that the most challenging concept I have come across is Anatta, which is no permanent self, and that things have labels to make them easier to identify. I find it hard to understand, because when I look back at myself in video's, I think of me as me and not someone else. I enjoyed meditation and found it useful because it helps when you need to calm down and think over things.

I think the hardest concept / teaching I have learnt so far about Buddhism is how everything is impermanent and is just given labels for convenience I found this hard because it is unlike any other concept I have other learnt about therefore adding a level of difficulty to it. The thing I have enjoyed most is learning about meditation, I enjoyed this most because I have always been fascinated by meditation and now I have tried it I'm even more fascinated by the subject.

The Buddhists teach that all of life involves suffering, and the Buddhists also teach us that all suffering involves craving. To overcome Dukkha (suffering), we must overcome Tanha (craving). The way Buddhists overcome suffering is that they follow the noble eight fold path and the Buddhas Dhamma ( the teaching of the Buddha). These four factors are called the 4 noble truths.

Buddhism teaches the 4 noble truths as a way to overcome suffering by living a life not of wealth or too much sacrifice but a middle way between the two i think this is a difficult concept too understand because your giving up something that could help yourself and other people.

Buddhism teaches us to overcome suffering by following the 4 nobble truths. The most challenging thing in Buddhism is the understanding that Buddhists have known soul. I have enjoyed learning about the raft and the sandcastle in class (learning how to share).

The most challenging teaching I have learnt about Buddhism so far is the ‘First noble truth’. This teaching tells us that suffering is a part of life and that we must all experience some kinds of suffering. To have the privilege of being able to be given a life, we must pay the price and deal with what life has in waiting for us.

What I have found really hard in Buddhism is the meaning of anatta and kamma. Every time I saw these two words, I always forget them but now I know what it means. Anatta is being an expression of the non-existence of the self. Kamma is the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence.

The most difficult thing for me to learn was probably the Ways of the Buddha because there are so many restrictions that I don’t get how people do it. I enjoy learning about meditation doing it. The Word Dukkha(suffering) tells us that there are many obstacles in life and we sometimes we can’t avoid them which makes us suffer. I think if you clear your mind and meditate you can see the path you follow and the long journey that waits ahead of you.
